This new Vampire Weekend video looks exactly as if it was directed by Wes Anderson (right down to the use of Futura for the chapter titles!), but it wasn’t. (It was directed by Richard Ayodade.) It’s still pretty neat though, and the song hasn’t gotten old yet. And it’s all in one take, which is handy. (But, of course, that trick is old hat for Leslie Feist.)

I like that the guy with the stage light in the beginning of this video is one of the McPoyle Brothers from its always sunny in philadelphia. This song is where its at.
